With the traditional concept of a living object in constant motion, Bakes launches a collection of ‘moon in motion’ cakes.

A Bakes representative said: “The phrase ‘Moving Moon’ is understood to mean ‘the moon flies’, a floating arrangement of flexibly morphing puzzle pieces wishing ‘Mid-Autumn Festival with us’. This piece can be personalized for each person to create a special version, as well as to create decorations or lanterns.”
In particular, the two-wheeled box called “Moon Deux” represents double dance steps, a proposal for you and your companions at this mid-autumn festival. Preparation of buffalo meat and saffron flowers: Saffron lily stamps cooked with dried buffalo, dried sausage, shiitake mushrooms and salted egg surrounded by pandan leaves.
Kimchi truffle: Melted salted egg filled with truffle honey, passion fruit, the outside is a natural shell the color of turmeric powder.
Coconut and coffee martini: Melted coffee martini made with Baileys milk wine, arabica coffee, filled with a layer of coconut rice, pressed into a chocolate colored bowl.
